What are the delivery delays?

Because of the Last Chance sale launch, your delivery can take up to 6 working days to be prepared, instead of the usual 2 days delay.
We know you are very excited to receive your package, and we are doing our best to ensure your pieces are shipped asap!

RETURN

Can I return my item in-store if I bought it during the Last Chance sale?

The Last Chance pieces can be returned by mail only.

EXCHANGES

Are exchanges doable?

We don't accept exchanges, but you can return your item and obtain a refund, then place a new order if the article you wish to buy is still available in your size ;)

PROMOTIONAL CODE

Why isn’t my promotional code working?

None of our promotional codes can be applied to items that are on sale.
