Welcome backstage, in our parisian Studio. Jeanne Damas, Rouje's artistic director unveils the fabrics, prints and cuts that will make our hearts skip a beat this spring.
Suits vs dresses
Suits vs dresses
Gabin is back and guess what... It has a sleeveless sister. Feminity at its peak.. "It's the first time we design it like that, it adds a super modern take to it" sums up Jeanne.
The linen set Jeje and Jacob, in écru or blue, clearly takes inspiration from masculine suits, another timeless shape.
"But this time, we added pearly buttons".

There's Palmyre: "a new style of shirt here at Rouje, but that I love wearing". A flowing, airy and crimple resistant jersey.
Plus Ariana, a knitted bustier from a set, best worn together... Or not.
And let's not forget, Rouje's signature delicate dresses, like Marin.
"On holidays, it could be the only piece I'd pack".
Flowers on flowers
Flowers on flowers
Roses are everywhere: on a jacquard pattern on a tight dress, printed on a flowing dress, knitted all over jumpers... How so Rouje! "All prints are created here, by the Studio: we have an amazing in-house print designer"
And if you're still up for some more flowers and romantic colors, we've got Maddy, an openwork cardigan.

First, there's Eve, the 90s platform mules with a discreet knot.
"I took inspiration from the shoes my mother wore when I was younger".
Then, making a comeback this season, the Arlette now comes in lilac, a perfect splash of color fit for wearing jeans. Minimalist sandals, retro espadrilles and woven baskets: our new staples.
